“Not truly 24/7 emergency services. We used Air Pro (Walter) last October and we had a great experience and they were able to come out next day (even with us an hour out) We have no heat currently and the em heat temporary fix we were given (which was very helpful from Jennifer) cut out on us shortly after. Called the next day for an update and spoke with Lisa and she said that they had been talking and didn’t think they could get anyone out soon due to the drive. I told her I understood but we wanted to try to use them again since our experience was good last time. She then said that we would be paying for the 2 hours of driving (which is understandable but we were not charged for it last time) my stressor is- how long would she have waited to give us a call (it was 12pm the next day when I reached out) and tell us they couldn’t do it….prolonging getting someone out in general.”
