“Calvin’s Climate installed a new heat and A/C unit for our upstairs, and we are very happy with our decision to use them. We first called Calvin’s for spring maintenance on our existing units after a neighbor, who had formerly worked for them, told us they were a very ethical company. During that visit, the technician confirmed that our upstairs unit needed two pounds of very expensive older refrigerant and then gave us several replacement options. Each option clearly listed the materials and work that would be included. I had several follow-up questions, and both the office manager and Calvin, the owner, were very helpful in answering them. We also appreciated that Calvin personally came out to review our vent work and answer our questions. We had read that a good installation process is just as important as the equipment itself, and that gave us confidence in choosing Calvin’s. KC and Nathan, who installed our new equipment, were hardworking, professional, and seemed very competent. They also left our home as clean as they found it. As a thoughtful surprise, they even gave us a box of delicious decorated cookies. We are happy with our decision to use Calvin's and would recommend them.”
