“I called Cornerstone Air on a Sunday evening when my A/C unit went down and Dak was quick to respond with a callback. We discussed the issue and he scheduled a technician for 8am the following morning. Clayton was onsite by 8am and quickly diagnosed the problem and headed to the parts house. Upon his return and installation of the new fan motor he also found the motor start capacitor was the wrong size. This capacitor was previously installed by another company and was oversized, which certainly could have contributed to the motor failure. Clayton was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and worked quickly to get our unit back up and running to keep us comfortably cool.
