“Update: they ordered replacement parts for ones that broke in the original service. They did the proper deep clean, blower wheels look brand new now. Everything is working as it should. Based on their integrity and professionalism, I would recommend this company. contacted this company before scheduling, to ask if they serviced mini split systems, that my 2 needed a deep cleaning, as well as outside unit checked/cleaned. They informed me they do and could have a tech out the next day. That was fast availability, which is good for emergencies. Kolby was the tech for my appointment for the deep cleaning of my mini split head units and outside portion. He arrived on time and got to work. I thought a deep clean of my units would involve a wet cleaning process but it was only a dry cleaning, something I could have done had I known that's all that would have been done. Included is a picture of what is still inside the unit after service. Started hearing a popping noise from bedroom unit that was also cleaned during service. The tech broke part of the fan blades inside during service. Went and checked blades on other unit and some of them are now broken as well.”
