About

Overall A/C Services Llc works out of Plano Texas as a straight HVAC crew focused on air conditioning and heating for houses in the area. Plano summers run hot enough to strain older systems while occasional winter cold snaps put heaters to the test so locals need crews who show up ready to fix or replace units without dragging things out. The outfit handles full installs repairs and replacements on heat pumps and standard systems using direct quotes that skip extra layers. They keep things local and hands on so homeowners deal with the same people from first call through completion.

They put in a 4 ton heat pump system after a quick phone quote that came in at half the price of bigger outfits and got the job done without any sales tablet routine. When an old unit failed right before summer they walked through the details of the replacement estimate and explained the full scope so the homeowner knew exactly what was covered. Dragan and his crew checked the house and attic for a heater install offered options with no push then sent the competitive quote the same day and wrapped the whole thing in a few hours leaving the space clean. Those same steps show up across jobs where they diagnose problems on the spot and finish without callbacks.

Homeowners keep pointing to the solid pricing that undercuts the big names the fast turnaround on quotes and installs and the clear explanations that match the actual work performed. Quality shows in systems that run right after two years with no issues while communication stays direct and pressure free from start to finish. Speed matters when units quit in peak heat and they deliver without extra trips or delays. DIRT Score 5.0 from 339 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Honestly couldn't recommend this company more. They installed our 4 ton, heat pump system 2 years ago. After a few questions they quoted over the phone, and beat the price of the big name companies by more than half. Didn't waste my time with an iPad sales pitch, no middle man, just great prices. When it came time to install, they were incredibly professional. The owner stopped by a couple of times to check on the team and the progress. Today, two years later, my condensate line backed up and the float switch tripped the system, as it is supposed to do. Like a dummy I waited a while to call, but when I did, they were every bit of willing to do what they could to get a tech out. After I mentioned I had some basic know-how and tools available they walked me through clearing it myself over the phone!! I was able to fix the problem myself, and everything is working as it should. The customer service level is top notch. Truly a great company! If you need a new HVAC system, go with Dragon!

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work on their home. Our old unit went out in May just before summer was about to hit, so I started collecting quotes. Dragon stood out from the others as being more detailed in their estimate, taking more time to explain the scope of work, and laying out timeline with pricing. The initial person we talked to was Braden and he was very knowledgeable about getting the right sized unit for our house and explaining our options. My wife and I were able to select from different SEER2 ratings that fit our budget. Dragon's quotes were right in line with the other companies, but with the rebates we got they actually came out to be a little under other quotes in terms of pricing. After we accepted the contract, Dragon was able to come out the same week to do the install. The owner came out himself to do the final airflow calculations. They use American Standard so they were able to get us a rebate, but they also work with Oncor to search for energy credits (we qualified for one which saved us a good chunk of money). Install day was a bit anxious on our end as I was out of town for work, but my wife told me the crew showed up right on time and did the full system (AC and furnace) install all in one day along with installing our new thermostat inside. I believe Gage was the lead technician on install day, and my wife said everything went very smoothly. After install, we has some issues with the condensate drain line. I called Dragon and they were very responsive and got the issue resolved promptly. This speaks volumes to me about the quality of the company that they aren't just around for the initial setup, but more than willing to follow up on any potential issues. My wife and I wanted to go with a local company that had good ratings and didn't break the bank on pricing. Dragon checked all those boxes and really made us feel comfortable with making such a large purchase for this project. Again, I'd highly recommend Dragon for any HVAC work you need.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but the level of technical expertise and professionalism I experienced with Dragon Air Services LLC was truly exceptional and well worth the time to write this. As someone with an engineering background, I have high standards for home infrastructure projects. Dragan and his team exceeded them. They installed a high-end, 4-ton multi-stage American Standard Gold 17 system paired with an S8V2 variable-speed furnace. The project was complex, involving a complete integration e.g. Fresh Air Ventilation system using the AQ+ logic etc. on a Nest Gen 4 thermostat. A few standout points from the install: Technical Precision: They perfectly configured the 2-stage cooling and heating logic. Neatness: The ductwork seals, electrical conduit, and internal wiring were incredibly clean and organized. Above and Beyond: They proactively pulled 8-wire bundles to my second-floor unit to future-proof that system for a later upgrade, which wasn't even part of the initial 1st-floor scope. While they were here for the new install, Dragan performed a full diagnostic on my existing 14-year-old upstairs unit. He conducted all necessary tests and handled several "worn out" maintenance items to prolong its life at no extra cost, only charging for the refrigerant needed to stabilize the system. Communication: Dragan was patient and knowledgeable, answering all my detailed questions regarding system architecture and pressure testing. It is rare to find a crew that doesn't take shortcuts and truly understands the engineering behind the equipment they are installing. If you are looking for a "pro" setup in the Irving/Dallas area, this is the team to call...

Dragan and his team were very professional. He we went through the house and attic and offered recommendations for the heater install - no sales pressure. The quote arrived later that day and was very competitive. The installation took place a few days later - the team was done in a few hours, and were meticulous about cleaning up what little mess had been made. We're very satisfied with the result and would happily use them again.

Braden from dragon air is awesome! He diagnosed our system and found the leak in the evaporator before going head to change our evaporator. He has been really patient with us throughout the whole process and we are the first time home owner and did not understand HVAC much. On the day of evaporator replacement, the team arrived on time, finished the job in 2 hours! It’s hard to find a contractor that we can trust but I’d say Dragon air has been great and we would definitely work with them again if we have any HVAC issues.
