“I don’t typically go out of my way to leave reviews, but I had a great experience using Matt and his team at Hearthstone for some HVAC repairs. My upstairs had always struggled to keep cool in peak summer, so I decided to finally address the problem. Several HVAC companies came out and simply recommended replacing my old system with a new larger one and assumed that would fix the problem. Matt came in and did some true airflow measurements and load calculations and determined that my duct work was undersized and not properly routed to my warmest rooms. We gave him the green light to update the ductwork and sure enough, my 16-17 year old unit now works like a champ and my upstairs is like a whole new home. I highly recommend Hearthstone - it’s easy to get lost in all the HVAC options out there but know Matt and team will use real calculations to get you an answer and address your problems without upselling. If I would’ve used the other companies, I would’ve ended up with a much higher expense, oversized A/C for the space, and minimal improvement. I highly recommend Hearthstone!”
