We worked with Mark Araidi, who was professional, knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the transition from a gas unit to a high-efficiency electric variable-speed side discharge system. ​One of the biggest highlights was their flexibility, they moved the new unit around the corner to a better location at no additional cost. The installation itself was incredibly clean; they even installed a metal protective cover over the new line sets, which looks great and adds extra durability. They were also able to integrate our existing UV air cleaner into the new setup seamlessly. ​The crew was prompt, polite, and left the area spotless after hauling away the old equipment. “One doesn’t replace an entire HVAC system, let alone encounter the big decision to transition from a traditional AC / gas furnace to a (electric) heat pump system very often. Online research is a great resource, but having a contractor (who I didn’t realize at the time was actually the owner himself) visit onsite and spend almost two hours to thoroughly inspect and review the current system, and then patiently explain the options, pros and cons, and recommendations for a new system is very impressive and rare! And each and every of my many questions was answered with kindness, professionalism, and in very knowledgeable but understandable detail! As if that wasn’t enough, I was invited to the showroom and Mustafa made himself available to show and demonstrate the three units he was considering / recommending for my home. Another 30-40 minutes of information gathering, a tour meeting his entire team, and questions answered with unwavering patience and detail! He also answered my subsequent phone calls, emails, and text message questions promptly and without fail! Fast forward to the installation date morning, the entire crew of four arrived separately (in their loaded trucks and vehicles) and were actually even earlier than the projected arrival window. That is quite remarkable in and of itself, and was repeated for the next two days as well (my project was 3 full days because it included not only removing the entire old attic furnace and side yard AC unit system, but removing and replacing all the duct work, installation of a new attic two-zone air handler and side yard Heat Pump, new register vents, as well as additional blown-in insulation). My install team was equally as impressive throughout the entire project and clean-up process, and I have only great things to say about them! They were professional, efficient, courteous, friendly, easy-going, and certainly experts in their work! Kudos to Nas, Anthony, and Felix for their kindness, patience, attention to detail, and most excellent work!
