“I have a contract with a different HVAC company. I noticed a leak from the condensate overflow pipe on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment to clear condensate drain for Monday and the tech finally showed up at around 6:30pm. As seems to be the case these days with commissioned techs, the tech looked at the configuration of my drains and proposed adding two Jones Valves at $250 each before he would clear the condensate drain. FYI you can buy a Jones Valve for $16 on Amazon and the install is cut pipe, glue and your done. When I said I didn't want to pay $500 to add the valves and asked how much to clear the drain he said he couldn't do it. He charged me the $49 trip charge and left. He would not clear the drain unless I agreed to his extortion. Now it's after hours and I have no AC with outside temperatures at 80⁰+. I did a quick AI search and I can upon Jupitair. A quick call and Eugert tells me that he can come out and solve my problem and only charge me for the after hours trip charge. 2 hours later he shows up and gets the AC working again. It's so nice to find an fair and honest person in this world of greed. Not only is he a honest person, but he is a kind and friendly guy as well. He genuinely wants his cuisines to be satisfied. I cannot recommend Eugert and Jupitair highly enough. Call them, you will not be disappointed...”
