“Kool Koncepts and Todd Finley installed a new Trane 16XR for my upstairs after my previous system stopped working. I had several quotes done on Trane & American Standard and Kool Koncepts came in below my current HVAC provider. Since installation of the system is so critical, I usually do not go on price alone & I read all of the reviews for the company and was satisfied that Todd's 30 years in HVAC was top notch. On installation day they showed up on time, worked methodically to remove the old system and install the new Trane system. After several hours I had air upstairs! I am thilled to have experienced this HVAC company and am also switching my maintence service to Kool Koncepts!”
