“Used Lawton Commercial for their Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC services and was very impressed with all 3 of them. I will definitely be using them again in the future. I recommend them to my family as well. Thank you Lawton for you hard work and great clean up when job was completed.”

“Had them come out to perform a backflow test. Supposed to be a simple $150 job. The dispatcher gave me no arrival time or date only assuring me it would be completed before July 3rd. My wife showed up to our business one day and there was a Lawton truck in the lot, he saw her, and instead of talking to her or letting her know he had waited, he just drove off. They came back 2 days later and performed the backflow test, it took him 20 minutes. They then proceeded to charge me over $450 claiming I had to pay for 2 service charges because they had come out the previous day. I disputed with them about the second charge, telling them I didn’t receive a scheduled time so how could they charge me for not being there. They said they would review the call and get back to me, this was 3 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing so now I write this in hopes of saving someone else time and money from this COMPLETELY SHADY COMPANY.”
