About
Mike Andreescu provides HVAC services from his base in Plano, Texas. He works on residential heating and cooling equipment in the area, where summers push air conditioners to their limits with temperatures often climbing into the nineties and beyond. Homeowners in Plano count on reliable techs to handle breakdowns during peak heat and to maintain systems through the milder winters. His trade centers on installing new units, performing routine tune ups, and addressing repairs on existing setups that have seen heavy use from the local climate. Many calls come in when units fail to cool properly or when filters clog from dust and pollen common in the region.
He takes on jobs such as replacing compressors in older air conditioners that struggle in the Texas sun, recharging refrigerant levels when leaks occur, and setting up new high efficiency systems in homes undergoing updates. Work often involves diagnosing electrical issues in thermostats or fans that stop circulating air evenly across rooms. In practice, crews show up with tools ready to check ductwork for leaks that waste energy and drive up bills during long cooling seasons. They also handle heating elements for those rare freezes when pipes risk damage if systems don't kick on. Regular maintenance visits help catch worn belts or dirty coils before they lead to full outages in the middle of summer.
Feedback shows consistent results on getting repairs completed without dragging out the timeline and keeping charges in line with the scope of work. Quality holds up with systems running steady after service visits and fewer callbacks on the same problems. Price draws notice for staying fair without added markups on parts. Communication comes across as direct with clear explanations of what needs fixing and when it will be done. DIRT Score 3.92 from 29 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Currently in week three of recovery and so far couldn’t be happier. Beautiful stitching. Just remember. Healing is slow. I think that will be my greatest challenge. Thanks Dr Mignucci, Windhaven Neorospine, Carpathia Collective (my hEDS Specialist) and Dr. Brandon Brock. @carpathiacollective @neurosurgeon”
“Excellent service from the front office to the back office. As a medical professional myself, I tend to be more analytical of how doctor’s offices are run. Freddy is AMAZING, he is always so kind and responsive and I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work and patience (I work odd hours and days in the ER) and his patience with me having to play phone tag is much appreciated. Elaine is an absolute sweetheart, very intelligent, diligent and her kind energy makes the process of all the diagnostic tests seamless. I have been going to the office for quite some time and I can’t not say thank you enough for the compassion, timely response, and thoroughness that the PA’s (Brian, Heather, and Rachel) provide. I have been experiencing significant pain in my back (10/10) to where I can barely walk, get the strength to get out of bed, bend over, or sleep at night without being in the fetal position and it’s been very hard on me as someone who is usually so active. The PA’s have called back so quickly including during after hours to try and help me figure out different solutions and the best way to manage the pain, while I wait to be scheduled for more injections. It has meant the world to me that they go above and beyond and treat you as they would their own family member. I have had a few appointments with Dr. Mignucci and he is also so kind, informative, absolutely brilliant with amazing bed side manner. He eased my worries with solutions that are available and it makes me feel so hopeful rather than helpless. I live in Ft. Worth and drive all the way to his office because I wouldn’t want any other office to take care of me. This review is long, but each each person that has helped me along the way to feeling better deserves recognition for their compassion and hard work. Thank you again NeuroSpine Surgical Consultants, y’all are helping me improve my quality of life and it’s something that is invaluable and means the world to me! Also, I will be referring anyone I know that is need of NeuroSpine Surgical Consultants. They are truly the best!”
“This review is more about the office staff than Dr. Mignucci. Dr. Mignucci did a terrific job on the surgery and diagnosis and the only thing I wished he had done different is I would like to have seen him again after surgery to hear his thoughts after he had done the surgery. I mean I never saw him again over the next 6 months. I never saw him after the start of surgery -- just his staff. The medical staff are fine. However the office staff are RUDE, lazy and generally make you feel unwelcome. They act as though you are bothering their conversation when you sign in - just staring at you and continuing personal conversation. They overcharged me a lot and kept trying to charge more. I sent the insurance payments and adjustments to them 4 times and they threatened to turn me over to collections. On the 4th time they decided to refund $50 and I'm assuming not charge me the rest that they had been charging me. Not really sure because they just sent $50 with no explanation and I haven't received any more threats. They never called or sent a letter to tell me what they had done or to acknowledge how horribly they treated me when they were wrong all along. It's terrible because when I refer someone to Dr. Mignucci I feel obligated to share my experience with the non-medical staff too. I've never been treated the way they treated me at a medical office. It would be my hope that Dr. Mignucci get better office staff as he is a truly wonderful surgeon.”
“I only have gratitude to Dr. Mignucci and his staff. Since the first day, I visit the office they treat me with care and professionalism. I had surgery in the Windhaven Clinic and today I feel like a new person all the pain is gone. I visited other doctor’s but they didn’t make me feel safe and with the knowledge to understand what was going on my body. Not everybody doctor is here to help, you know… He explained every single step; the good and the bad. Today, I can say he is the best of what he does.”
“Couldn't be more disappointed! In severe pain, I had an appointment with Dr. Mignucci on 7/8/21. At that first office visit, I met Dr. Mignucci's PA (Heather) who got an Xray, showed me the results, and confirmed the problem in my neck. She told me an MRI would be needed to give an even clearer more detailed image of the problem for the doctor. She also informed me that I would not be seeing Mr. Mignucci as he was not in the office. I left the office with a prescription for an MRI and a Z-pack for MethylPrednisolone (4mg tablets). I completed the MRI on 7/13/21 and was told the radiologists report and MRI imaging would be sent to Dr. Mignucci within 24 hours. I called Dr. Mignucci's office today (7/14) to schedule my follow up appointment. I was told that they had received the MRI and radiologist report. I was told that the next available appointment to see the doctor would not be until THE END OF AUGUST. the end of August. THAT IS SIX WEEKS before I can see the doctor. I cannot wait that long. I did not receive any medication for pain, and the MethylPrednisolone pills will be gone by tomorrow. Dr. Mignucci may be a good doctor, but I will never get to find out. I cannot believe he would expect me to wait for a month and a half for a follow up appointment after he has the test results confirming that I have an obvious problem and am in severe pain.”
