About

Paladin P.M. operates as an HVAC outfit right in Plano, Texas. They handle both geothermal setups and standard heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses in the area. The crew deals with everything from installing ground-based heat pumps that pull steady temperatures from the dirt to putting in regular air conditioners and furnaces. They also cover water heaters along with foam insulation and backup generators when needed. This kind of work fits the demands of North Texas where summers hit hard and winters can still call for reliable heat.

In Plano the heat means AC units run nonstop through long summers so techs spend plenty of time on repairs and replacements for conventional systems. Geothermal work involves running loops in the yard to tap into stable ground temps which cuts operating costs over time. Homeowners often call for help with water heater installs or generator setups ahead of storm season. The process starts with site checks then equipment selection followed by careful installation to keep everything running right without callbacks. Crews handle both residential jobs and commercial properties where bigger systems need attention.

Customers mention good experiences with certain staff during service calls but the overall marks show mixed results on quality and how fast jobs get done. Price comes up as fair in some cases while communication could use work to match what folks expect from an HVAC crew in Plano. The low score reflects that not every job hits the mark on those points even if some turn out okay. DIRT Score 2.27 from 19 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I had a great experience working with Sherry at Paladin Consulting throughout my job search process. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, and made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. She kept me informed every step of the way and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. If you’re looking for a recruiter who actually cares about your success, Sherry is the one. Highly recommend!

I can say so many wonderful things about this agency. My recruiter was Marlon and he made everything so smooth and stress free. He walked me through step by step so there were no surprises along the way . He was able to get me on at a company that I absolutely love and help me prepare well for it . Paladin has been so helpful with any questions I have had and whether I reach out to him or someone else in the company they respond right back and get it figured out . I am beyond grateful. I definitely would recommend them and I brag on them to everyone. They truly care.

Paladin contacted me with a great position. The company is very friendly and professional and easy to work with. The onboarding process was quick and easy with this company and my recruiter, Marlon Monsalve, has done a great job of following up and staying in touch with me over the length of my contract. Marlon has been the best recruiter I have worked with.

Save your gas! Job hunt w/o this agency. I had a face-to-face interview with Julie Wilkes yesterday after she had told me on the phone she already had a p/t job which she felt was perfect for me. No one does face-to-face interviews anymore but now I know why Paladin requires it. Upon arrival, there was no greeting from the receptionist. I greeted her and her response was, "What's your name?" Then she handed me a pile of about 50 pages to read and sign and took me to a small room to get started. Keep in mind that visitor parking is only good for 1 hour. But Julie and the receptionist expected me to complete the packet (which included questions about my employment history, education and references, which Julie already had in my RESUME) within that hour. Shortly after I started on paperwork, Julie came in and began the interview. She left well before I was done with the packet. When I realized that I had only 10 min left to finish up and needed to move my car or be towed, I asked the receptionist if I could take the employment history, education and references forms home and then scan and email them back. She told me that none of the forms could leave the office. When she asked if I could come back to Paladin to complete them, I said no. I drove about 35 min to get there on toll roads and did Paladin reimburse me? No. So I said, "I guess those forms will stay blank then. She has all that information in my resume anyway." Then she asked me to give consent to a form that I intentionally left blank. The form said they wanted permission to use my background and qualifications for their promotional materials. I refused and I have the right to. To this, the receptionist said, "Unless all the forms are signed, we cannot put you forward for a position." So I said, "Well, thank you, but I'm not signing that." And I left. They are extremely unprofessional to the degree that their policies are RIDICULOUS. Why do they need to know my cell phone provider? Yes, that is one of the stupid questions they ask on their forms. They really deserve 0/5 stars. Also, another reason they requested a face-to-face was probably so they could try to determine my age, which is age discrimination.
