“We had a contractor come to our home and I explained what was going on with our hvac unit. After fiddling around with the thermostat's he said everything was working fine. We knew that there was something definitely wrong because upstairs was on hell and downstairs was always cold. 727 mechanical sent out Isaiah who was Super polite, on time and ready to work. I explained to him exactly what I explained to the other contractor and he knew exactly what It might be. After replacing the bad parts to the unit I immediately noticed a huge difference. Our heat was regulated and restored back to its normal state. Shoutout to Isaiah and to 727 mechanical.”

“My insurance company hired this company Seven 2 Seven Mechanical, LLC. To repair my heating and air system. First problem, they came out and diagnosed. My unit took 1 week in order for them to order the part that I needed for my unit, never ordered until I called after a week to find out when the part was going to be delivered. This company had Not even ordered the part after 1 week. After the part came in, the owner, owner's wife called me. And let me know that there was a $250 dollar charge. That would be coming from me, because my insurance company did not pay them enough to do the job. I said to her if my insurance company does not pay enough for the job. Why did you guys accept the job? And then tell me that I needed to pay the $250 for labor costs. And then tell my insurance company that my AC unit needed to be modified, which was NOT true. They needed to lie in order to get my insurance company to approve me paying the $250 this company did not repair my unit had to hire a new company.. Not a honest company. I would Not hire this company.”

“It took 3 days to reach someone. When I did they scheduled for the next day. It's now quarter until 7 I was told they would arrive between 3pm-7pm. What do you want to bet they don't show up? Smh I wouldn't suggest you go with this company for service. Ill update the review of something changes for the better. Update from 1 star to 3 stars: Adam did show up at about 7:30pm. He did check out the control panel and found some issues. He was able to return the following week Friday to complete the repairs around 6:30 pm and it took about 45 minutes. We were grateful that it didn't drag out for weeks. Hopefully no more issues arise. Thanks for showing up for us 727. Please work on scheduling initial calls promptly everyone will have peace of mind that way.”
