Veselka Environmental
HVAC Contractor · Plano, TX
About
Veselka Environmental works as an HVAC crew based in Plano, Texas. The area brings long stretches of intense summer heat that force air conditioners to run for months without a break. Homeowners here face constant strain on their systems from high temperatures and dust that builds up fast on coils and filters. Winters stay mild but still call for heating checks when cold fronts move through. This setup keeps crews busy with repairs on units that overheat or lose efficiency after years of nonstop use in North Texas conditions.
They handle complete HVAC work such as putting in new central air systems matched to local home sizes, fixing failed compressors and blower motors that quit during peak summer loads, sealing and cleaning ductwork to cut down on energy waste, and running maintenance visits that replace worn parts before they cause full breakdowns. Jobs often include topping off refrigerant, clearing drain lines blocked by algae common in humid stretches, and swapping out old thermostats for ones that better manage the swings between hot days and cooler nights. Homeowners end up with equipment that holds up longer against the daily demands of Plano weather.
Reviews point to crews that arrive on time and finish jobs without leaving loose ends, which matters when the heat can make a house unlivable in hours. That consistency stands out in a place where HVAC calls spike every season and quick reliable fixes prevent bigger damage to homes. They earn their standing by dealing straight with the wear and tear that hits every system in this climate. DIRT Score 4.96 from 7520 reviews on Finds.

“I really appreciate Yahri. He took time walking through the yard with me and talking to me about my different needs. He showed me some places where there was a mosquito container set up. We discussed some pesky little mice we have in the back. One even ran by in front of me, to show Yahri he was in fact in our yard. Yahri put a container out for them. He was very thorough. I would like to keep him as my service man in the future. It’s really helpful if you have the same person that comes to your house and is familiar with your various problems and your pets. My dogs are can be a nuisance, he worked with them and they calmed down after they got familiar with him. Please assign Yahri to my house for future services. Great service!”
“When we first started service, things seemed promising. However, over time the quality declined significantly, and it became clear they were only doing the bare minimum. Whenever we called with concerns, we were repeatedly told the issues would be addressed, but the promised improvements never happened. Instead of taking responsibility, we often felt like our concerns were dismissed or minimized. Scheduling was another major issue. We communicated the specific days we were available, as they were the only days we could be home, but the company was unwilling or unable to accommodate those needs consistently. To make matters worse, they even canceled service at the last minute, which was extremely frustrating after we had already arranged our schedules around the appointment. One of the most concerning problems was their repeated failure to properly secure our back gate. On multiple occasions, technicians left the gate open or failed to close it completely, allowing our dog to get out. This created unnecessary stress and could have resulted in a serious safety issue. Overall, what started as a positive experience turned into a frustrating one due to poor communication, lack of follow-through, scheduling difficulties, and carelessness regarding our property and pet's safety.”
“Without letting me know before my appoint was first thing in the morning and the tech sent me a message at 7:30am that morning telling me he would be there in 30 minutes. Why didn’t they let me know the night before? I did not have time to get ready or even tell him what my issues were. He treated the front but didn’t treat the back so I am not impressed with this service. I have had ants in my front office and after 7 months they are still there. They get you to sign a 2 year contract but the service is poor in my opinion. Update I tried to cancel the service and they are threatening to bill me 199.00 for canceling before the 2 years are up. I am adding photos of the ants they never solved and the wasps they leave. They didnt do what they were supposed to per their contract but want to bill me for cancelling??”
“Had John Vinson yesterday and he was amazing!! Very Knowledgeable and informative made me feel so much better about my situation could tell he genuinely cared. Will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.!”
“He knocked on the door at 8:06. Left at 8:11. Had the fogger on his back when he left. Do not know if he treated for snails as I requested or how much of our 1/2 acre he covered. Or if he checked and or refilled mosquito a bait traps and rat bait traps. I will find out if and when the mosquitoes hit. Or if rats return. I am amazed of how spry he must have been to get all of our landscaping sprayed, rat bait and mosquito bait all done in 5 minutes. It has taken previous people at least a half hour. But I am sure this guy was 85% faster with the same coverage.”
