About
William H Mccauley runs an HVAC operation based in Plano Texas where the focus stays on residential heating and cooling systems. The work centers on keeping air conditioners and furnaces in shape for local homes that deal with long hot summers and occasional winter cold snaps. Homeowners in the area turn to them when units break down or need routine checks to avoid bigger problems during peak weather months. The emphasis stays on getting systems back online fast so families do not sit in uncomfortable houses.
Plano summers push air conditioners hard with nonstop heat and humidity that leads to frequent compressor issues or frozen coils. William H Mccauley handles repairs on central units ductwork adjustments and full replacements when older systems fail. Technicians show up to diagnose problems on the spot then explain options before starting work so there are no surprises on costs. Common jobs include recharging refrigerant lines cleaning coils and swapping out thermostats that stop reading right. They also service heat pumps and handle emergency calls when units quit during extreme temperatures. This approach keeps things moving without dragging out simple fixes into multi day projects.

What Customers Say
“I want to thank God first for placing this nurse, Berthanie, in charge of my brother Sergio Barrera on the 5th floor, room B521. She cared for him with love, dedication, respect, and great professionalism and patience, never forgetting a single detail. She explained to me how the care would be done at home. She did much more than a nurse should; she always went the extra mile for my brother's care. I am truly grateful. We need more nurses like her. May God bless her life with good health and love for her and her family. Thank you so much, Berthanie.”
“From the time we walked in the doors the professionalism and service was top notch. Dr Heffernan and his staff were very thorough, professional and went above and beyond to explain and make you feel very comfortable. He did an excellent job and took care of the issues I had. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone that is considering services there. All I can say is job well done!!”
“This is my second time delivering my baby at this hospital and it’s been amazing! My LD nurse Kim and all of the people helping around her that day were so amazing. Kim was so patient and stood by my side. I knew it was a good sign when she took me to my room. In the PP my nurse Jamie was soooo sweet and helpful. She made me feel confident and encouraged me throughout my stay. Now I can’t wait to have my 3rd baby lol”
“I visited Medical City Plano during a pregnancy-related emergency while experiencing bleeding and cramping. I was at the hospital from approximately 3:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. During that time, I did not have a bed and felt I received very little monitoring or follow-up despite the nature of my symptoms. I was ultimately discharged and later experienced a pregnancy loss. My concern is not just the outcome, but the care and communication surrounding my visit. Afterward, my treating OB reviewed the records and identified concerns about information that was communicated during my ER visit. I filed a formal complaint with the hospital, but the response I received did not directly address the specific communication issues I raised. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and transparency. Despite submitting a complaint, obtaining my records, and repeatedly seeking answers, I was left feeling unheard throughout the process. What has been particularly difficult to understand is why, after raising serious concerns about my care, obtaining records, filing a formal complaint, and participating in the hospital's review process, I am still being pursued for nearly $1,000 in charges related to this visit. While I understand hospitals have billing policies, a meaningful demonstration of accountability and compassion would have been to reconsider these charges given the circumstances surrounding my care and subsequent pregnancy loss. I recognize that not every adverse outcome can be prevented, but patients deserve clear communication, thorough review of their concerns, and meaningful follow-up when serious issues are raised. I would welcome the opportunity for Medical City Plano leadership to review this matter and contact me directly.”
