Amburn A/C And Heating Llc

Amburn A/C and Heating LLC works out of Polk County, Texas, with its base in Livingston and a clear focus on heating and cooling work for local homes. The company takes on repairs, replacements, and new installations for every brand of air conditioning and heating equipment that homeowners rely on in the area. Crews bring years of practical experience to each call and keep a warehouse full of parts on hand so they can address problems without long delays. They also handle related residential needs like fireplace and wood stove service when those systems need attention during cooler months.

Technicians respond to urgent calls such as an air conditioner that failed overnight and meet family members on site to diagnose whether the issue sits in the indoor or outdoor unit, avoiding needless full replacements. One complete swap of both inside and outside sections of a 2005 system was finished with financing arranged through Service Finance Company to ease the cost, while another job replaced an entire old heating and cooling setup in one day with floors protected and a follow-up visit from salesman Dan to confirm the work. In a separate case a technician installed a new coil on May 2 and wrapped the repair quickly so the home stayed comfortable.

Homeowners give steady credit for the quality of the fixes that hold up, the quick arrival when units break down, the fair prices paired with solid warranties, and the clear updates provided during each visit even if communication scores sit a notch below the others. These patterns show up across dozens of jobs where crews avoided overcharging and delivered working systems without extra trips back. DIRT Score 4.84 from 48 reviews on Finds.

“I have use them a few times they are excellent, fast response time and fast at getting the job done for you, up and running. They go the extra mile. They don't rip u off. I had one company come out and said my inside unit needed to be replaced and amburn came and said no it's the out unit, amburn replaced my unit outside and we haven't had a problem since. So yes please give them a try you want be disappointed”

“They had the best price and warranty. It took them one day to replace our old A/C and heating system, and it works great. Our electric useage has dropped about 25%. The crew was so polite, and careful about protecting our floors during installation. The salesman Dan came by to inspect the installations, and ended up helping with the install and making sure we were happy. Great service, great company.”

“I replaced my complete unit (inside and out). I am very, very pleased. My old unit was purchased in 2005. During the last 6 years, I have used Amburn AC perform yearly check ups. I was so concerned about the debt I would be getting into with a new system. However, I had several companies out of Livingston make bids. Amburn AC gave the BEST bid. I, an elderly woman, am able to afford a new system (reasonably financed). I was so relieved. The Amburn AC team (Russ, Russell and Gabe) came and started working right away. They did great work. The team did not leave any mess outside or in the attic or along the pathway inside the house. They managed to even work around my 2 large older dogs that like to lie around on the porch. . I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amburn AC for yearly service or system replacement. They are GREAT!!”

“So happy with service receive it on 5/2/25 by the technician they send. He was super helpful and fix my unit with a new coil . He runs that Xtra mile to make this matter the faster possible. I highly recommend the company and his technician. Thanks so much again.”

“We used Amburn AC for a repair and also to install a new whole-house dehumidifier. Dan and his crew did an outstanding job, showed up when they said they would and were efficient about getting the work done. We love that they are a local business, and we highly recommend them.”
