“Our AC went out the day we arrived at our lake house, so we called Lyons AC for emergency service. They arrived within 30 minutes, just like they promised over the phone. Lance, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and quickly repaired the issue. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the fast response and excellent service we received during a stressful situation. Thank you to Lance and everyone at Lyons AC for the great work! We will def use them again in the future.”

“I purchased an NEW AC/HEATING SYSTEM in February 2025 and 1) My AC bill over the early and long summer months was at least 40% cheaper-YES 40%...2) Since we didnt have a harsh winter we didnt get to really the opportunity to use the Heating until mid to late JANUARY "2026...We were used to setting the temperature lower like we did on our older unit but we thought it wasnt heating properly we thought---so we called in a Warranty check and they came out THE NEXT DAY! The nice you man Dylan checked it out (nothing wrong) and we reasoned it out together in a nice friendly professional that we (the users) were simply not setting the temperature setting high enough to get the proper heating feel in the house we needed (in our older age) and THE FIRST NIGHT after we set it correctly we had a nice long sleep and no longer were getting congestion and holder on longer and longer to our colds. SO this one looked like it was on me and I offered to pay a trip charge or whatever and Dylan said no it will probably be under the Warranty check. He said he will write it up and if there happens to be a trip charge LYONS AC HEATING will call me. Thanks to Stacy and Lilly in the office and especially Shane for running a business THAT REALLY REALLY CARES about people and getting the best pricing and quality AC HEATING in this time when everything seems to cost more and more.
