The entire process was very quick and easy. From the moment that I called and found out they had the particular unit in stock all the way through the delivery - they were helpful in explaining things and could have even delivered the next day (we were not available). It made me proud to support local and buy a dependable product. Professional and caring! We are absolutely new customers but no doubt we will be going back for a recliner that my Husband cannot stop talking about. Last thing, was the price was amazing. We paid less than I expected and truly thankful for that!”

“I needed to replace my bedroom carpet. Initially, I wanted to use wood plank flooring. I learned that due to the type of skirting around the house; there is not enough circulation to use wood plank flooring. It could be done, but the guarantee on the planks could probably not be honored. In the end, we replaced our old carpet for new carpeting. Owen's flooring team did a wonderful job with the installation. I'm so grateful that they were honest about the flooring. The carpet, including installation, was far less than the wood flooring.
