“Our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Terry from Pro Services came out at 9 at night and had it fixed within 15 minutes or so! We so appreciate the fact that he came out so quickly later at night and the cherry on top is he’s a genuinely nice guy! I highly recommend!”

“Bathroom Repairs This company was recommended by my home insurance, so I trusted them to handle my bathroom repairs from start to finish. Unfortunately my experience was mixed. While some parts of the project turned out nicely - the new mirrors, toilet and flooring all met my expectations - I was disappointed with the vanity replacement. The new vanity is noticeably smaller in both sink size and width compared to the original, and the cabinet storage is much more limited in height. I expected the replacement to match the original dimensions more closely. Communication also fell short. They were supposed to do a final walkthrough on Friday but never showed up or called to reschedule, which was frustrating. As a caregiver, I had explained that I couldn’t go in person to select material”

“I woke up the day after Christmas with no heat, they sent out someone hours later. Tony wasn’t just on time he was early (only a little so people working on a time constraint don’t worry), brought his own clean shoes to wear throughout the house which in the winter time I highly appreciate! “Pro Services had fixed our old water heater several times, but due to the sediment buildup it was no longer feasible to fix it, and it needed to be replaced. Jeremy, the Plumbing Manager, came out to install the new one. He had great communication throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered. “Worst service ever. They contract with consumers energy under their coverage plan. 90 degree day with humidity and a day off and they refused to do the service they contract for. Told Me they aren’t happy contracting with consumers and refused to work on anything until consumers gave pre authorization. Left me with a broken central air unit. Bad business model to contract to do services but refuse the customer because they aren’t happy with consumers payouts. Garbage place. Not recommend. Huge liability to consumers energy and themselves. They are lucky I wasn’t elderly or my health was compromised due to them acting in this manor.”
