“Robert and Diondre did an amazing job on the install! Discord is a professional company through and through. Preston who did the inspection caught that we had CO gases being leaked. If it wasn’t for the financing the company offered, I may not have been able to replace it. When the unit was pulled out the heat exchange was burnt through. The wall was burned too. We are very blessed to have Preston catch that it needed to be replaced. Robert and Diondre had extra issues with getting out the old unit. They had great attitudes and were super respectful and thorough. My wife and child were at home during install and I felt safe knowing that all employees are background checked and professional.
