“Our A/C went out unexpectedly, and we were fortunate to be assisted by Moe. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain our options clearly and thoroughly, which helped us make the decision to replace our entire unit. Moe also provided several financing options that made this significant and unexpected expense much more manageable. We felt confident in our decision and believe we received a great value through this company. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and look forward to working with them again as we move forward with our new A/C system. Highly recommend!”

“My technician was Moe Fuller. He was very friendly and professional. He noticed some off readings when he was scanning the HVAC and dude didn’t quit until he figured out what was going on! He told me it was not running as efficient as it should be. He found out it was undercharged from the previous job that was done by a different technician. Mr. Fuller corrected the freon level and recommended me the right filter that would not stress the unit. My HVAC unit is currently running really good and the HVAC able to cool the house down much faster and the unit doesn’t run all the time now. Which is good for electric bill. I appreciate the professionalism and the honesty that Mr. Fuller have. Because of this reason I was able to continue to trust Goettl’s High Desert to be my go to company for m”

“This was our 1st appointment for service/maintenance with Goettl. Thomas arrived on time for the inspection and was ready to answer any questions. At first we let him get on with his work and he kept us informed of every step he took. Eventually yes we asked as he went along with his duties and he answered every question with knowledge and patience. We were better informed about what to look and watch out for during the year for the next scheduled maintenance. All in all we were very satisfied with Thomas's experience, knowledge and professionalism.”

“We had a main line block on our sewer line. Goettl was able to schedule an emergency call. I really appreciated the text messages and tracking app. Peter arrived earlier than scheduled, he introduced himself and got right to work. He assessed the issue, gave me an estimate, and got to work. He was quick, efficient and friendly. I gave 5 stars and will definitely use Goettl and Peter in the future.”

“Fernando is the public face any company wants going into people's homes. He's not only technically qualified but has the personal skills to go with that. He's also fastidious about staying neat and cleaning up afterwards.”
