Wolfgangs Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

Wolfgangs Cooling, Heating & Plumbing runs its operation right out of Prescott Valley where the crew handles HVAC and plumbing work for houses and small businesses around the area. They focus on the full range of heating and cooling needs that come with the high desert climate, from keeping air conditioners going through long hot stretches to making sure furnaces fire up when temperatures drop at night. The outfit stays local and takes direct calls for service without layers of office staff in between. Homeowners in Prescott Valley know they can reach them at the listed numbers to get someone out for the usual breakdowns that hit during peak seasons.

In practice the team shows up for standard HVAC repairs like compressor issues or duct leaks that let dust and heat build up inside homes, along with routine maintenance to keep units from failing when the weather turns extreme. They also handle plumbing jobs such as fixing leaks or clearing lines that often tie into older home setups around town. Work starts with a straightforward visit to diagnose the problem on the spot, followed by parts and labor to get the system back online the same day whenever possible. Local conditions like monsoon dust and hard water mean these trades see steady calls for filter changes, coil cleaning, and water heater fixes that keep daily life moving without long interruptions.

Customers keep coming back because the crew gets to jobs fast, does the work right the first time, and charges prices that line up with what was quoted upfront. Communication stays plain and direct so homeowners know what needs doing and how long it will take. Speed and quality show up in the steady volume of reviews while price fairness keeps the overall rating high. DIRT Score 4.87 from 2176 reviews on Finds.

“Dustin was very thorough in his inspection and sent me a detailed summary with pictures and estimates of work that should be done as a preventative measure. I have had a maintenance contract for over 13 years that provides inspections twice per year. I will definitely request Dustin the next time I schedule the inspection. Very professional service.”

“Josh was extremely helpful with our heating and air conditioning. Very thorough and went an extra mile to get the job completed. Friendly with a great personality. Unfortunately we had to get a new system, but Josh walked us through the entire process and even got the manager on the phone to explain financing and give us more information! We are set for installation this weekend which is very helpful since Wolfgang worked with our schedule to get it done! Thank you Wolfgang and especially Josh for a job well done .”

“Devin was unbelievable. He kept us informed , and help keep the project moving forward. This man needs a bonus and promotion, don’t let him go. Also special thanks to the front office for coordinating and navigating the parts. Devin and this company are amazing!”

“Great job from Wolfgang Cooling again. Thank you for running the check on one of our three air conditioners. I woke up last night to heat pouring out of one unit set on cooling. I turned it off and it must have rebooted. I turned it on later in the night and it was cool in the morning. A Wolfgang Cooling technician did a thorough inspection at no charge because I had my units inspected only three weeks ago. I really appreciate that level of service. Thank you Jack R.”

“Nathan was very understanding & compassionate. He demonstrated and explained the issue; He did what he could to stop the leaking water and escalated the issue to Cody. I was given the answers I needed and I appreciated the excellent customer service I have received. This is why I have been a customer/client for over 20 years. Thank you.”

“Joe was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and able to explain in layman's terms what condition our AC unit was in. Very friendly and easy to talk with. He answered all questions in detail. Super Tech. Couldn't be happier with his service and care he took.”

“We scheduled an HVAC Maintenance appointment and it went great. However, when we scheduled a full system replacement quote thru the service tech for the next day, we found out they gave our appointment to another customer and never showed up. Do better Wolfgang.”

“Patt came and spent 1.5 hours helping diagnose a problem with a multi-zone system with a roof-top air-conditioner. He helped us find solutions that will greatly improve how the system performs. He also outlined a lower-cost way to add capacity if needed for hotter summers. He is incredibly bright and knowledgeable. He has a very thorough understanding of the our system. He was by far the best air-conditioning expert we've had. Highly recommended.”
