“I wanted to express my sincere thanks to Derek Riberdy who came out to check the air conditioning, etc. which we signed up for thru Home Depot. He took care of that and as I was talking to him, I asked if they clean dryer vents which they do so he was able to come out the next day to do that. “Reuben went above and beyond to help diagnose and fix (hopefully for a long time) a chronic leak issue we have had with our hot water recirculation loop over the past couple of years. He investigated multiple potential causes, such as our overall water pressure, as well as the limited extent of a previous copper line repair completed just 2-1/2 months ago. After determining that our Pressure Reducing Valve at the water meter had failed, he quoted a price to replace the PRV and main shutoff valve, along with the offer to replace a much longer section of copper pipe that had failed again near the previous repair at the recirculation pump for no charge - essentially warranty coverage for previous work done in a too limited way.
