Comfort Pro Heating & Cooling Inc.

Comfort Pro Heating & Cooling Inc. operates as an HVAC outfit based in Prescott, AZ. They focus on heating and cooling work for homes and handle everything from basic repairs to full system replacements. The crew has been active since 2001 across the Quartzsite, Salome, and Bouse areas in southwestern Arizona before shifting operations in early 2012. Their approach sticks to a straightforward motto of delivering excellence you can feel, built around honest dealings and steady service without any runaround. Homeowners in this region deal with extreme temperature swings that put real stress on equipment year after year.

They handle furnace repairs and replacements along with cooling system installs, heat pump setups, and mini split units for targeted zones. Planned maintenance visits keep systems running through the worst summer heat and winter cold snaps, while air purifier additions improve indoor air quality in dusty conditions common to the area. Jobs often start with a clear diagnosis on site, followed by straightforward fixes using parts that match the original equipment. Technicians show up prepared for the specific models found in local homes, whether it means swapping out a failing compressor or sealing ducts that leak air in older properties. This keeps calls short and avoids repeat visits that waste time and money.

Customers in Prescott notice the crew finishes jobs on schedule without dragging things out, maintains solid quality on installs that hold up under daily use, and keeps pricing clear from the start. Communication stays direct so homeowners know what broke and how it gets fixed before any work begins. These habits add up across hundreds of jobs handling the same heat pump failures and furnace issues that pop up every season. DIRT Score 4.96 from 390 reviews on Finds.

“Rob and Martin and staff were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain the installation process, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure everything was done the right way. Their attention to detail and workmanship were top-notch, and it was clear they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. The new system runs perfectly, and we immediately noticed a huge improvement in comfort and efficiency throughout the house. They kept the work area clean, completed the installation on schedule, and treated our home with respect the entire time. Fritzie and Texas appreciated the extra treats and attention! It’s hard to find honest, dependable contractors these days, but Rob and Martin exceeded expect”

“Rob and his team are the real deal. We installed a mini split system and insulation in our garage to be able to use it year-round for our homeschool room, home gym and wellness center. I interviewed five different companies for quotes before deciding on comfort heating and air Rob and his guys are hands down The best in the area. Absolutely top notch and go above and beyond in every way. Excellent communication, and they found and fixed issues in our system that were not even on our job and we're not things that they had even installed. Highly recommend.”

“Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling have been SUCH a GREAT Find. They had recently diagnosed that our system was overheating and in danger of basically blowing up our entire HVAC system. They replaced the HVAC condenser fan motor and compressor saving us alot of money. Their technician was well trained and very friendly and the staff at Comfort Pro have been very easy and friendly to work with. I love the option of purchasing my 6 month filter locally. Since using their filters, our air quality and health of our HVAC unit have dramatically improved. Thanks Comfort Pro!”

“Professional, and attention to detail is top notch with this family owned business. Thank you Martin! Perhaps the most well-known name in industry, the "professionals" installed a system that was completely out of balance. This left are secondary bedrooms ice cold in the winter, warm in the summer. We were running ceramic heaters in the spare bedrooms, just to keep them warm enough while trying not to overheat the master bedroom suite with the central heating. A main flexible duct from the air handler to a spider box distributing all the air to the rest of the house was seriously undersized by the original installer. Increasing this duct from 14 in to 18 in solve d the imbalance, and while he was in the Attic he discovered and corrected several issues with the air handler and heating syste”
