“Juan was one of the most knowledgeable and nicest techs I've come across. He diagnosed the issue we had in seconds, and had us back up in running in minutes. Unfortunately, I learned that Juan will be retiring soon, so not sure he will be available the next time we need service. I should also mention that we called a few HVAC companies to come out, but all could not make it for several days, OneHour arrived in less than 2 hours after I called. Amazing!”

I thought there was no way we’d be able to get someone out to look at it after 5 PM on a weekday, but I found one hour air, and Tim Stowd showed up in about 45 minutes after calling. I was so relieved someone was able to come look at our unit before we were leaving to go out of town. Tim was very professional, and he immediately recognized that the capacitor on our unit had gone out. He had the correct part on hand and our AC was back up and running within just a couple hours of realizing it was out.
