“Are 25 year old unit finally quit working. Reached out to a couple companies for help Philips being one. Not only did they have the best price but the customer service was excellent. The owner actually called me to give me an install date which was quicker than expected. He also came out the day of the install to check on things. The unit has been running flawlessly for a week and they still sent a tech out to verify everything was working properly and fine tune it. If you’re in need of A/C or heater repairs don’t hesitate to call this company.”

Unlike recent previous experience with another local company these employees knew what they were doing. Based on this experience I will have bi-annual inspections performed by same.
