He Quickly diagnosed the issue of a blown fuse bypassed the fuse with his tool to see if the machine would come on and told me it will take a while to reset and it did. He asked me to lower the thermostat so that when it reset it would kick on. I had to go to my phone app and remove the restrictions as my thermostat was locked at 78° and that was the internal temperature of my house. At this point my thermostat was working just fine..Once the HVAC reset, it kicked on and Wade said it takes a few minutes for the fan to reboot or start. After a few minutes it still didnt come on so Wade checked a few things out, and at this point he removed my thermostat cover because he thought maybe loose wire?
