“Ricky did a stellar job from start to finish. We had an exterior sewer line backing up into the yard, and he came out, snaked the line, ran a camera to pinpoint the problem (roots in two spots), and walked me through exactly what needed to happen. An excavating crew dug it up and Ricky came back and finished the repair clean. The sewer service was covered by our warranty company (Arlington Service Line Warranties). On top of all that, he even fixed our kitchen refrigerator shut off valve after he wrapped up the sewer work (a separate $350 charge), totally going above and beyond. Professional, thorough, and easy to deal with the whole way through. The job is complete and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Ricky and Service Experts Dallas.”

“We were a long time (2018) of Crawford Service and they were sold to Service Experts. We have paid for maintenance and today was the last straw. The service is horrific! Hannah in their call center put me on hold for 18 min, said they could not get another tech even though they missed their window time and our home heated up to 85! Diane called, said they would send another tech even though Hannah said that’s impossible. Tech and sales guy show up (Lorenzo and James). Tell us our comp is fried, to replace it it will cost about $6. But really the whole unit should be replaced at $22k. But…since it’s hot they will put us in a hotel for 2 nights. I called for a 2nd opinion-guy shows up within the hour-as promised. Nothing is wrong with our compressor, our house is cooled back down! RUN RUN FAST AND NEVER USE SERVICE EXPERTS- THEY LIE AND CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS”
