What Customers Say
“World class training facility and tech support. We (Shearer Supply) consistently bring our HVAC clients here for training and receive the best support. Thank you for your partnership!”
“I am HVAC contractor request overnight to send me part direct from Samsung they were very nice and understanding just be nice and the listen to you. Thank You Samsung parts”
“Unfortunately I can't leave a 0 star review, but Samsung has been the most abysmal customer service. We've been working diligently with a certified installer to have parts warrantied on our mini-split system. We have been without AC for almost a month now and Samsung has continuously ghosted our installer and distributors in attempting to get parts warrantied and reviewed. My partner and I have resorted to attempting to call them ourselves in addition to our installer to increase the pressure and they've been unresponsive.”
“If you need or want to order a part it takes forever like a month, to receive it. Most HVAC suppliers l speak with regarding purchasing a Samsung heatpump or ductless say their communication between the parts department is pathetic to deal with fyi owner/managers.. maybe they don't care.. Maybe offer quicker shipping methods at least... HVAC suppliers are moving away from Samsung from what l hear.. why does it need to be so difficult to get parts shipped faster??”
“I installed a comprehensive Samsung system in my newly built high-end home five years ago. I was attracted by its efficiency and longevity. It has been a complete lemon. The last five years have been a constant string of replaced parts and extended periods of outages - months at a time in the winter and summer. We have replace the compressor five times. We have contracted with the leading HVAC companies in Nashville. Samsung HVAC as a company is a disaster. They do not honor their warranty. Parts are never in stock and takes weeks to arrive. Their suppliers are shady and don't return calls. Rather than continue to pay $5000+ per year in service fees to have a system that operates passably for 6 months a year, we are ripping the hole GD system out. All HVAC companies recommend Mitsubishi. It's so lopsided a fight that contractors chuckle when I mention Samsung. Do not buy a Samsung HVAC system!”
“Mini split coil is still in warranty and have been unable to talk to anyone with Samsung, no one responds to emails which ca.e from their support site, Do not ever buy a samsung minisplit, I would rate a negative if possible, samsung is not even a one star”
“All experiences have been good with Samsung for us so far. Been with them for almost 3 years. Great pre and post sales support when needed.”
“Worst customer service in the world. Warranty parts are shipped snail mail over a week and a half waiting on parts meanwhile 25° outside and no heat. It seems to always spring leaks in inside coils same spot time and again on both units. Run and stay far away from samsung max heat heatpumps”
“Samsung is deceptive in their marking of their products. They claim that with the mini split systems you have different zones - what they don’t tell you is that no matter what you set them to, the heads will all blow the same temperature so you realistically have 1 zone. The tech support isn’t useful and won’t tell you anything more than - turn it off, don’t use that feature then or call a dealer. Disappointing, should have went with Fujitsu.”
“Great products, great training, great support. Some very clever features which meet very specific consumer needs which other manufacturer's do not have. Pacific Fireplaces is proud to carry the Samsung HVAC line.”
“Samsumg HVAC is an excellent and a great place for all you VRF and Mini Split needs. I love the product and the organization. The product training support is superb. Kevin, Michael, and Quami conduct some really good training classes. I went back to the Navy full time to specifically work on VRF and Mini Split equipment. These guys are doing an outstanding job helping me support those who serve and sacrafice so much for this country. Thank you so much you three. Sincerely, Brian Merk”
“HAVING BOUGHT A REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER FROM AARONS A PROBLEM OCCURRED WITH FREEZER AND I HAVE BEEN DENIED ADEQUATE SERVICE TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM BY SAMSUNG ON SAID UNIT WITH A UNIT THAT HAS A TEN YEAR WARRANTY ON IT. SERVICE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO ASURION APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE THAT HAS GIVEN ME LESS THAN DESIRABLE SERVICE AND NO ONE HAS OFFERED AN AMICABLE RESOLUTION TO SAID PROBLEM. I HAVE TRIED TO GET A FAX NUMBER FOR THE REGIONAL MANAGER OF SAMSUNG BUT WAS ALSO DENIED THIS CONTACT INFO. THERE IS AN ACTIVE CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST AND THE ICE MAKERS OF THE ABOVE STYLED UNITS AND ITS STILL ON GOING. WHAT IS LEFT FOR ME TO GET THIS UNIT PROPERLY SERVICEABLE AGAIN AND WHO DO I CONTACT?”
