“Best possible AC repair!! Showed up on time , diagnosis was quick... had the needed part in the van... checked unit thoroughly to make sure all was good. House was already cooling better by the time he left. And all of this with a nice smile and pleasant personality. All of my questions were answered. “True Professionals in every sense of the word. This is my second time using B&D and I could not be more satisfied. Brad of Brad & Dad is one of the absolute best guys out there in the industry, in my opinion. He and his crew are very professional, detail oriented, and pays close attention to detail. With me being retired military, this is something I picked up on right away. They do not cut corners! They also worked very quickly and efficiently as a team. They got the old unit out and the new unit in and working within a matter of about four hours! He came out last week for a system leak on the AC unit I had in my home. I informed him at that time that I had been thinking about changing out my current HVAC unit with the electric heating strips for a central Heating and Cooling unit. He gave me a price that I felt was reasonable and fair. I said, "Let's make it happen!" He also hooked me up with some freon to get me through until they came back out. Five days later, "BAM!" I now have a new Carrier HVAC central heating and cooling unit. I noticed the difference almost immediately after the install. It comes on and cool my place off very quickly and within minutes, when compared to my previous unit that seemed to take hours. As of right now, I couldn't be more happier!
