“Our unit went out during 90+ weather. They came out the same day and figured out what it was in a minute and for a very reasonable price. Had an entire new unit in in days. Ran into a small problem with it and they came back out, again same day, and fixed it for free. Out ac is holding the temp I have it set for and our home is staying cool. “I was in search for a reputable company to perform preventative maintenance on my HVAC system so I looked around and Brian’s heating and cooling came highly recommended. I will say I had a excellent experience with Mr. Ramsey from the company. He gave me great news about my system being in good shape they gave me the filters I needed and they did not charge me for the filters as it came with the preventative maintenance service. I will say other companies that I’ve used in the past try to charge me for the filters and/or the company stated you get one filter per unit which in my home I have two units but I need three filters so they did not nickel and dime me for filter. The technician showed me an issue I had, gave me some options and pricing, and also want the extra mile on a couple of things. So I would highly recommend Brian’s heating and air for your urgent needs and preventive maintenance.”
