“My review is for the spectacular customer service provided by Ron and Jan Phillips! We are so grateful when we pull up to an auction pick up and see them! They are very helpful, polite, friendly, and professional. They’re easy going and allow you to work at your own pace, in an orderly fashion. They don’t get frustrated or upset when things get busy, and no matter how overwhelming a situation may be, they keep their same positive energy. It just radiates to everyone around and keeps the work environment pleasurable, which keeps customers coming back. I’m definitely more likely to bid on the next auction if the previous pick up went smoothly, so I hope they know how much their performance improves the business.”

“Website and Application are very easy to use. Whenever it is time to pickup my items, all the Auction Personnel on-site are friendly and very helpful. If you have never picked up anything before, when you arrive at the pickup location, you will make contact with an Auction Employee at the check-in location (there will be signs). Then they will verify items won via your invoice and then walk you to or around to retrieve your items. On my most recent trips to retrieve items, which has been several times; I have been helped by Steve, Leslie and Frank. As previously stated, very eager to help and friendly. Great job yall!”
