Avery, the technician assigned, was exceptionally professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at his craft. As an ex‑Automotive Technician with plenty of AC experience myself, I tend to pay close attention to how service professionals work. Comparing Avery’s workmanship to other technicians I’ve had over the past 10+ years, his professionalism and attention to detail stand far above the rest. Aside from all the normal checks and services, one thing that really stood out was that he removed the condenser fan and rinsed the coils from the inside to clear out years of built‑up dirt — something I haven’t seen a tech do in over a decade. That level of thoroughness makes a real difference in system performance and longevity. It’s refreshing to see a technician who not only gets the job done quickly and efficiently but also goes above and beyond with the quality of his work. “Had a complete system removed and installed, even the duct work, and Dion, JP, and Angelo were fantastic! Professional the entire time even during 2 days of constant rain, they didn't let it slow them down. The installed equipment is great quality and is a noticeable difference in what was removed. Getting a quote was super easy as well, with all the information I needed to make a decision, with options available to me, in less that 30 minutes. I don't write very many reviews unless they are well deserved and these guys deserve it, I would recommend them to anyone needing AC/Heater work installed or repaired.”

Thankfully she resisted the pressure and the following day we contacted a small NB A/C repair company. He responded immediately and $175 later we are enjoying a cool home again.”
