“I had an excellent first time experience with Mr. Air Repair of Wylie TX, and wanted to personally recognize the outstanding professionalism and customer service provided by Max Pinkerton, William Phillips, and Tonya. From the very first phone call, Tonya immediately helped put my mind at ease. She was kind, professional, and reassuring especially when explaining that Mr. Air Repair has been an established company for years and that they ONLY send licensed professionals out into the field. That level of confidence and professionalism made me feel like I was hiring the right people for the job and trusting my AC repairs to capable hands. Once Max arrived, he quickly got to work diagnosing and resolving the issue with my AC system. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how thoroughly he explained what had happened, what caused the issue, and the preventative steps we could take moving forward to help avoid similar problems in the future. Max also took the time to explain their maintenance services and how staying on a regular AC service schedule could help keep everything running properly long term. “Mr Air Repair knocked it out of the park again! We are 10 years in on an original build and found that all our humidity problems we are experiencing were due to mismatch hardware and improper placement or use of the compressors and AC units in the house. William really worked with us, pulled multiple heat loads and assessed all the equipment. We decided in lieu of replacing two coils and crossing our fingers the compressors outside would last we would go ahead and bite the bullet and replace two of the three units on our home. William team was extremely efficient and polite. We went with the tier 3 option that has smart variable speed fans, and we can barely hear the units running. We are looking forward to the first weekend with our new units. William, thank you again to you and your team. We definitely appreciate it.!!”
