Pressure Stat Hvac Llc

Pressure Stat HVAC operates out of Rockwall County, Texas, where they handle heating and cooling work for homes around Lake Ray Hubbard. The crew has put in over twenty years dealing with the area's extreme heat spikes and occasional hard freezes that punish equipment. They focus strictly on HVAC, from full system installs to quick fixes on units that stop cooling or heating properly. Homeowners in this part of Texas see systems run hard most of the year, and the company built its name by showing up when calls come in and getting the job done without extra layers of sales talk.

Their work covers air conditioning repairs, furnace replacements, and complete new installs on major brands. Ron and his crew handled a full furnace and AC setup for one customer, going through every step with clear explanations and sticking to the timeline. Ron and Jim also put in a new system for another homeowner in October, laying out options without pressure and setting up payment plans when needed. Technicians like those on the team fixed issues such as capacitor failures from the summer load and made sure installs showed clean craftsmanship that held up. One certified HVAC pro noted the attention to detail on a recent job that beat out other bids on price and clarity.

Customers keep coming back because the work stays solid, the crews answer fast, and the pricing stays straightforward without hidden costs. Reviews highlight how Ron communicates directly, follows through on promises, and even tells people when a unit does not need replacing yet. That mix of quality results, quick response, fair costs, and open talk adds up to consistent high marks across the board. DIRT Score 5.0 from 221 reviews on Finds.

“Amazing experience with Ron and his crew at STAT HAVC. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was very professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the installing furnaceand the AC.. ... Thank you again!”

“STAT was amazing! They gave a very detailed explanation of services, costs and comparisons. Ron communicated timely and followed through. Honest, as well, he told me I didn't need to replace the AC, it was still in reasonable condition for additional years. Service and installation were wonderful! So great to find a regional business, rather than the big names. Thank you Ron.”

“Ron and Jim set me up with a new system back in October and they were great people to work with. Finally a company that doesn’t push you to buy anything. Ron tells you exactly like it is and lets you make your own decision. Payment plans are also available. They were quick to set it up and it’s been working great since. Highly recommend this company for an honest, high quality job.”

“Ron was so great! For context, my furnace and AC were both installed 25 years ago and needed to be replaced. He was able to give me a quote the same day I called, and he got my AC and furnace replaced in 2 days before the temps outside got into the 80’s. He explained everything so well and the price was reasonable with no surprises. I am beyond happy with the work he and his team did!”
