JM ROOFING, INNOVATIONS, & CONSTRUCTION PLUS CORP.

JM ROOFING, INNOVATIONS, & CONSTRUCTION PLUS CORP. operates out of Rogers, Texas and centers its efforts on HVAC systems for houses throughout the area. Central Texas weather puts real demands on cooling and heating equipment, and this outfit handles those needs for local property owners who want their homes comfortable without constant breakdowns. They keep a low profile but stay reachable by phone for anyone facing issues with their air handlers or furnaces. The company name hints at other work but the records show a clear focus on HVAC tasks that match what Rogers residents deal with day to day.

Rogers summers run long and hot enough to strain older air conditioning units while winters bring sudden cold snaps that test heating reliability. Crews from this outfit handle service calls for compressor failures, duct repairs, filter changes, and full equipment swaps when units reach the end of their life. They show up with basic diagnostic tools, check pressures and electrical connections on site, then complete the fixes so homeowners avoid paying for repeated visits. In a small town setting like this, the work often involves older homes with outdated wiring or tight crawl spaces that require careful handling to restore steady airflow and keep monthly energy costs under control.

Homeowners note the crew finishes jobs on schedule, charges straight rates without padding, and explains each step clearly before moving forward. Those habits build trust over time and show up in the overall marks across speed, quality, price, and communication. The result is steady repeat business from people who want the same crew back when the next season hits. DIRT Score 4.06 from 70 reviews on Finds.

“We contracted JM Roofing Innovations and Construction for an interior room remodel. We had them convert an open, formal dining room into a home office space by closing off one opening and adding French doors to the other. We are extremely happy with the results! Arturo and his crew worked quickly, cleanly, and with a high attention to detail! Amanda kept us updated through the entire process and made sure all of our questions were answered promptly! We will be considering them for future projects and I would highly recommend. The pictures don’t do it justice, but we love it! 😊”

“JM Roofing built a permanent awning over my patio. Ever since losing all my mature Oak trees in the Rogers 2024 Tornado, the sun just beats down on the back of my house. I called JM Roofing to inquire about building an awning and the experience was a great one. Detailed architecture plans were sent with the quote, Communication was great and it turned out fantastic. Very heavy duty awning. The workers were all very nice, polite and answered any questions I had. JM Roofing does not only do roofing, they do almost anything construction related. I would not hesitate to hire JM Roofing again for any home construction needs!”

“Thank you to the entire team at JM for an outstanding job. Ashley did a great job resolving any concerns we had. Juan managed the project and ensured all the various skilled labor was completed professionally and to our liking. Justin for always ensuring the right material was delivered and resolved any issues promptly. Arturo’s detailed work on the exterior siding, trim and soffits was outstanding. Thank you Jane and Joy for helping and guiding us through this addition to our home and for a job well done. Would definitely use JM in the future and recommend to others.”

“Great professional service, Jane and Ashley were very helpful and informative in leading the way to understanding the insurance claims, how to read them and suggest the right repairs. They were in constant communication with us with updates and time lines. The vinyl siding specialist were very professional, hard workers . They literally worked from sun up to sun down in the freezing cold weather. Our house looks brand new , we are very pleased!! The next renovation project, we will definitely call JM!”

“JM roofing responded quickly to our needs after a tornado had done a lot of damage to our home. Jane was there and handled a situation I could never have done without her. Her office staff, Amanda and Hemi, were always so much help and took a lot of time to help me as well. They handled many issues with the insurance company for which I'm very grateful. They kept me updated on the status of repairs. We appreciate all they did for us, the work they did and for putting our house together again. Thank you Jane, Joy, Amanda and Hemi as well as your workers.”

“Happy with the outcome and would call them again..had one bad sub experience during a COVID break with our project manager, but they fixed it when came to their attention. I learned I should have complained...”

“Everything from the initial visit to daily text updates to the cleanliness of the workers AND the quick turn around!! I’m beyond happy with our completed shower and fully painted bathroom! 10/10 recommend”

“JM Roofing owners are professionals. Jane, Joy, Justin and Natasha are very friendly and down to earth. Joy a fellow veteran helped me out getting the budget needed to do a complete roof install. Natasha ensured I got the style and color of roofing we wanted. They had a crew to my house that completed removal and installation of our roof in one day. Having an older home created some issues but Jane and Joy came to the house and sent the crew back that did the job right and fixed the issues we noted to them. I know they don't have the commercials that we so often see but weather its dealing with your insurance company or other issues they will get your problems fixed. We had a few days of very hard rain and can contest we have a very secure new roof and a dry attic. We recommend JM Roofing”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with JM Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Their communication was outstanding, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. This level of transparency gave me peace of mind throughout the project. The end result was nothing short of exceptional. Jane went above and beyond to ensure every detail was addressed to my satisfaction. They left no stone unturned, ensuring a flawless outcome. I wholeheartedly recommend JM Roofing to anyone in need of roofing, innovation or construction services. Their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to excellence are second to none”

“AMAZING. I have had an absolute nightmare dealing with a roof leak since a tornado hit our home last year. The leak didn't make itself known until after the months-long drought had passed -- and Progressive Insurance insists the tornado couldn't possibly have caused the damage, which didn't exist before the tornado, so they won't pay for it. When I called them for what I thought was just a ceiling fan leak, JM Roofing's team brought the right equipment and went well above and beyond to help me: 1) Identify the actual problem and the full extent of the leak/damage -- which turned out to span half the house, along the entire length of the roof! 2) Identify what repairs I'd need to make. 3) Fought actively and admirably for MONTHS with my insurance to try and get them to cover the repairs!”
