LEAK SOLUTIONS & ROOFING CONSTRUCTION, INC-U works from Rogers, TX on HVAC projects for residential properties. This outfit handles the full range of heating and cooling tasks that come up in central Texas homes. With the company name pointing to leak and roofing work as well, they bring a broad set of skills to fixing indoor climate problems that often tie into moisture issues. The crew focuses on practical fixes that match the demands of older houses and new builds alike in this part of the state.

In Rogers, TX, HVAC crews spend plenty of time on air conditioning repairs during the brutal summer heat that can push past 100 degrees. They install new units when old ones fail after years of constant use, clean coils to improve efficiency, and seal ducts to stop energy loss in these single story homes common to the area. Techs also handle heating system tune ups before winter arrives, even if it is mild, and troubleshoot ventilation problems that affect air quality indoors. Common calls involve replacing worn compressors, recharging refrigerant lines, and balancing airflow so rooms do not stay stuffy or uneven. These jobs often tie into roof leaks that let moisture reach equipment, requiring careful coordination to prevent repeat failures.

Customers in Rogers, TX keep coming back because the work gets done fast without dragging out jobs, the quality holds up against the tough local weather, prices stay reasonable compared to bigger outfits, and the crew communicates clearly about what needs fixing and how long it will take. This approach builds trust over time with folks who need dependable HVAC help year after year. DIRT Score 4.69 from 46 reviews on Finds.

“When a sub-contractor for Cowin Construction quit half way through an addition and roof replacement after he was paid, I was left with a shell covered in Zip board with no siding. I interviewed a number of contractors to finish installing soffits & fascia, install the residential metal siding I had purchased when the talk of tariffs on steel threatened to significantly increase the cost, and rain gutters. Several said it was too big a job, some would do the trim but not the metal siding, and none had references for similar work that I could go see. I turned to the BBB web site to look for siding contractors and entered a description of the project for a quote from the first contractor on the list and checked the option to send it to other businesses also. Out of 200 siding contractors l”

“As an architect who’s worked in this area for over 20 years, I’ve collaborated with many contractors, Leak Solution & Roofing really stands out. We recently worked with them on a cabin project, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, technical expertise, and efficiency. The crew worked quickly and precisely, communicated clearly throughout, and maintained a high level of craftsmanship from start to finish. What I especially appreciated was their proactive approach, they offered thoughtful suggestions that improved both the design and performance of the project. “I had a roof leak issue where water was actually coming through a ceiling light during rain, which was very concerning. I contacted Leak Solutions & Roofing, and I’m really glad I did. Dalber was extremely professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. He quickly identified the root cause of the problem (not just a temporary patch), clearly explained what was going on, and fixed it properly. The quality of work was excellent—you can see the difference before and after. They took care of the issue efficiently and gave me confidence that the leak is fully resolved. What I appreciated most was their honesty and attention to detail. No upselling, no shortcuts—just solid, reliable work. “These Guys are the BEST!! After some extensive damages from recent tornado activity, these guys came to our rescue. They worked with our insurance inspectors and insurance company to help secure a fair and thorough repair of ALL our damages. And now, they are completing their Pristine Work on reroofing and residing our Home and Outbuilding. Their crews were extremely hard working, skillful, and respectful of all of us. Am delighted to recommend this company, who I now consider good Friends. It is very refreshing to see such good and honest work ethics.”

“Very impressed with the knowledge of the sales guys and the execution of the installers. They did not know I had quite a bit of experience in construction and building. I told them the problems and they told me everything I was hoping to hear. Not only did every detail of our conversation get done, they documented everything and exceeded my expectations every step of the way! They also gave me a great price. My job was not basic. It was a couple leaks and prevention of more in the future. They had to, take off the shingles and trim around the dormers and down several rakes. Redo underlayment, rotten deck, ice and water shield, new flashing and paint/new trim (installed at the proper height). I was up on the roof checking on them, but I did not need to! They had it dialed in!!”
