“This company was dispatched through my home warranty. They came out several times replacing parts that did not fix the machine. After each trip they reported to the warranty company the job was done causing this request to carry out for 5 months. After the warranty company assigned a new provider they diagnosed it as low on freon with a small leak at a hose. Replaced it and charged it and it was fine. I would be leary of a company that cant successfully diagnose low coolant.”
