“The Heat and Air Team installed a new HVAC system for me both a furnace and heat pump. After having lost heat in the middle of winter do to poor and incorrect installation they came back and "fixed" it, one year later and I am still having problems and had a different company come and check on it and it turns out the furnace was installed incorrectly the second time as well and was even missing an entire part. I will not be working with this company again.”

Steven was very kind and got the job done super quick and easy. Very respectful of the space, very pleasant to talk to and interact with. “Had them come out to diagnose my hvac system as it was not blowing cold. Recieved a quote for almost $1200. Said the system needed 3 things 1. New thermostat 2. New heat strips 3. New defrost board. I didn't like that price and started looking into my specific issue and the ultimately fixing the system myself for $25 as all my system needed was a couple of relays.”

“This company came to my home which I rent earlier this week, diagnosed my problem and left. Originally, I was happy with the fast service and knowledgeable technician, but I was told by said technician he would contact my owner for the next steps. Over 24 hours later, nobody had attempted to contact the owner. We had to reach back out to get an answer. Today, the technician went to my neighbor across the street, who told them their AC was fine, so the technician left, and then attempted to bill for a service that was NEVER provided. Absolute lies! Absolutely unacceptable!!! We have been dicked around with this company for almost an entire week now, and we still do not have air conditioning. I would recommend looking for a more trustworthy company, as these guys will try and bill you for a ”

While he and his team worked he let me know when he needed access to the home interior so I could corral my dogs & afterward would let me know that he wouldn’t be back in for a bit so that I could let them out to roam. I appreciate his kindness to people & pets. Also, the process of installing made a working mess & when the work was done, it was cleaned up completely. I’m so impressed! “Really disappointed to have to leave this review. We have had this same company come to our location on multiple occasions over a 10 month period for the same issue. Our office mini split that was installed incorrectly needed parts replaced, and we have had 5 service calls with multiple parts replaced. The unit continues to have issues and now we are being told its on a pump this company installed no less than 7 months ago. We asked if it was covered with a warranty, considering it was their installation and within a years time, to which we were told no. Unfortunately we will not move forward with business from this location and we would advise customers asking about warranty for any parts installed/replaced.”

“Would rate lower if possible. A tech came out and diagnosed our AC problem on June 13. I was told someone would contact me the next day with path going forward to fix. Never heard from them. Today, July 21, I receive an invoice for them coming out and literally doing nothing. Now I see that others have had this same experience.”
