Victory Heating & Air Conditioning Inc

Victory Heating & Air Conditioning Inc runs its operations from Rogers and specializes in HVAC work across the local area. The company handles jobs for homeowners in towns like Bentonville, Fayetteville, Bella Vista, Centerton, Pea Ridge, Springdale, Lowell, Lincoln, Gravette, and Prairie Grove. Their trade centers on keeping heating and cooling equipment running right so houses stay at the right temperature no matter what the weather brings outside. Arkansas summers turn hot and sticky while winters bring sudden cold snaps that push systems hard, and this crew steps in to handle the load without cutting corners on the basic fixes that keep air moving properly through ducts and vents.

They perform AC installation and repair along with tune-ups that catch small problems before they shut down a unit on the hottest day. Heater installation and repair cover gas and electric models plus heat pump work for efficient year-round use. Duct repair and full duct replacement fix leaks that waste energy and leave rooms uneven, while ductless systems and smart thermostats get added for homes that need zoned control or better indoor air quality. Technicians show up for emergency calls, run maintenance on existing setups to extend equipment life, and replace parts that fail from regular wear in the local climate.

Homeowners in Rogers face heavy AC use through long summers that strain older units and occasional winter freezes that hit heaters without warning, so fast response on repairs and clear explanations of costs matter most when systems break. Consistent feedback highlights solid work on installations that hold up, fair pricing on tune-ups and part swaps, and crews that communicate arrival times and next steps without extra delays. These details add up when choosing someone to keep a house comfortable through every season. DIRT Score 4.83 from 89 reviews on Finds.

“Ryan was very professional, efficient and a straight shooter. Made the call for our ac Friday afternoon, and he had the part and unit fixed by Monday (wait time was getting the part from the manufacturer). He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain and work through the options with us. Everything is working well now and it makes a big difference. Highly recommend this company! A++”

“They did an awesome job redoing all of my duct work. It was in rough shape and they worked fast and cleaned everything up well. They even helped me figure out my new smart thermostat that I was having trouble getting to work. Would definitely recommend!”

“I called Ryan at Victory heating and Air for a quote on a new unit. He responded quick and was at my house that same night. After talking with him for a while. He answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in the unit I was choosing. The install was perfect and everything went smoothly. My new unit is working great. I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business. You won’t regret it!”

“Short version: If you need HVAC work done meticulously and at a reasonable price, look no further! You won't find a better all-around HVAC company than Victory. Long version: I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and quality that Ryan brought to replacing our old HVAC system. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and he went above and beyond at every step to make sure we had all the information and options to choose the best system for our home and budget. He made numerous calls to track down the exact model we wanted and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, and he took the time to ensure we understood everything involved. Our installation ended up being a bit unusual and more complicated than expected, but ”

“Ryan with Victory Heating and Air was so prompt, responsive, and professional. In addition to fixing the HVAC issues in an older house we recently purchased, he gave us very honest advice so that we didn’t spend unnecessarily. It’s nice to work with someone who calls when they say they will, shows up on time, follows up, and can be trusted not to charge for services you don’t need. We will definitely use Victory Heating and Air for any future HVAC or dehumidifier needs and would highly recommend.”

“Best HVAC company I've ever used. Ryan was great. Very knowledgeable and gave me a heck of a deal. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for AC repair or installation. He kept my old AC going for as long as he could to get me through last summer and bought me enough time to get my finances in order to replace it. I also just had him completely replace my whole heating and AC system with all new ducting. It works amazing, and it's super energy efficient. I still ended up getting a few other quotes, and his prices were way better than the other guys, plus the permits we included in the quote. I am very happy and ready for Arkansas summer.”

“I highly recommend his service. When i called to schedule, Ryan was close and available. I must say I was impressed with how quickly he was able to use his tech to assess my a/c. After fixing the problem, he concisely explained it. Absolutely great service.”

“Amazing service with the top notch team. Professional, Quick, Courteous. I will definitely use them going forward!”
