“Tanner & Dolly are always ready to help me with my a/c. They are polite and knowledgeable. I called last week at 4:30 pm my a/c wasn’t working. Dolly was going to try to get a tech right away, I’m not used to that kind of service. I told her if somebody could come out tomorrow that would be great. Tanner called the next morning to say he’s on his way. The problem was a previous service company had used a cheap China part. They performed the test but could not pinpoint a leak, and still charged us over $550 for the diagnostic test and refrigerant recharge. We never received a repair quote, and the system still did not cool properly after that service. I complained and asked for a refund for the test since no leak was identified and no repair quote was given. The next day, the owner came out. He answered all our questions the best he knew and was able to up-sale us with the air scrubber system. He even wore little booties every time he came back into the house. Gibson was also very efficient with his time to make sure he was able to answer all our questions and get the job done quickly, but done right!”
