“I had an excellent experience with Aloha. I was moving out of my house and under a tight timeline -- they went above and beyond to ensure my issue was fixed prior to me leaving. I don't think I need to say how stressful moving was and for the AC to die the day before moving was a challenge. It was obvious they had to jump through some hoops to accomplish fixing the issue. I was clearly prioritized and this just alleviated so much stress that moving naturally brings. I was also given proactive information about my AC that will be helpful during inspections when my house sells. Today, it is so rare to have a company or vendor actually care or do what they say they will do. The communication was open and they followed through on everything promised. I could not recommend Aloha more. Any bad recommendations really seem to be related to American Home Warranty. It is not their fault if American Home Warranty doesn't cover a fix.”
