“Atlas AC is an outstanding company. I received three estimates to replace my complete AC and heating. Atlas bid was a superior product with detailed work and service at the most affordable price. I love the fact that they did not throw a sales pitch like the other guys! I can not speak highly enough about their work. Israel is knowledgeable, professional, and timely. This company goes beyond the call of duty. If you are looking for a honest AC company, look no further!”

“I genuinely regret ever choosing this company to install my AC unit. If anyone is looking for a sign to go with a different company, this is it—keep looking. I spent $9,000 upfront, and since then I’ve had to pour thousands more into fixing a system that clearly was never installed or serviced correctly. This is a small, single-story home—there is absolutely no reason this should be this complicated or this consistently broken. It hasn’t even been three years, and I’ve already dealt with at least ten separate issues. At this point, I’ve had to rely on other companies to fix the ongoing problems your team either caused or couldn’t handle. Every technician I’ve brought in has made it very clear that the original work was subpar at best. Now, once again, another part has failed—completely unacceptable for a unit this new. When I called, the woman I spoke to (Abigail, I believe) was dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in doing her job. She insisted I “have to” go through Atlas because of some supposed contract tied to the manufacturer warranty, claiming I’d “break the contract” if I didn’t. When I asked her to provide this so-called contract, she brushed me off and said she was moving on to the next caller. That information was completely false. I’ve already had another company come out (again), and not only is my warranty perfectly intact, but they also had plenty to say about the incompetence of the original installation. After confirming there is no such contract with Atlas tied to the manufacturer warranty, it’s clear your company isn’t just delivering poor workmanship—you’re also giving out incorrect and misleading information to customers. This entire experience has been a complete mess: frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable. EDIT: I am completely appalled after reading this companies BLATANTLY FALSE response to my review. I absolutely conducted myself with complete professionalism with every person who entered my home. The person quite literally finished his job and left when I received the voicemail from Abigail that he had the part he needed to fix it and would be returning (proof in the photo). THAT IS WHEN I called the company to demand an understanding of my warranty and when she was clearly unprofessional and giving incorrect information. The incompetence and complete lies here should be enough for you to decide to find any other company.”

“Last year, I hired Atlas AC to replace my broken air conditioning unit with a heat pump. The price was reasonable, the work was done well, and the handling of our service needs was very nice and professional. This winter (2026), the unit shook a lot, scaring my tenants. I had Atlas AC come to the house and investigate it, for free because it was still under warranty. The tech Jose was very informative, informing me that the shaking is unavoidable and why it occurs. He checked the balance of the unit and the fan to ensure they were up to standards. Then, he went above and beyond by setting the thermostat to automatically turn off the air pump when the temperature outside is below 30°f, and instead use the furnace, giving me piece of mind. “We found Atlas after watching their informative videos on Youtube. They post their prices on their website—which was extremely helpful. Their office staff was easy to reach and provided excellent customer service. Frank and Rey were the technicians who installed the new ac and heater. They notified us when they were on their way even providing a picture of Frank in the notice. They were on time and got right to work. Their workmanship was really sharp. They knew the code standards and worked to set everything up neat and clean. They worked hard, were courteous, clearly explained the new system, and even swept the floor of my garage and vacuumed the hallway inside. We had great experience with my last Carrier AC unit (19 years of completely trouble free, perfect functionality.) We are excited to have this new more efficient system in our home. Atlas did exactly what they said they would do and did it for a fair price with great service. What more could you ask for?”
