“We used this company for almost two years and the freezer needed service pretty much every month, if not every week. After multiple service calls, they charged us almost $1000 to essentially melt ice. This is BAD BUSINESS. If you can't get the job done, stop beating around the bush. We have had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of product multiple times due to their negligence. I would NOT RECOMMENDED using this "service," if you can even call it that. Austin Air and Ice, do better.”

“Used this business to do my freezer startup. It never worked correctly from the start. They came out several times in the 18 months we have been open and were not able to fix the issue. On their last visit out, they charged me $900 to melt ice with no real work done. When i disagreed with the charge they told me they would not be back to service our location. This company lacks both integrity and customer service. I just wish i would have found that out before spending thousands of dollars with them.”
