“Incredible experience with Josh and Denise at CSS. They were dependable, informative and resolved our A/C issue when many other companies wouldn't. I appreciated the time that Josh took to explain what he was doing and to diagnose what was happening with the AC. Denise was incredibly communicative and empathetic on the phone and helping us get service scheduled. Would highly recommend this company!!!!”

“Horrible service and customer service. Had an AC problem where the AC would not cool below 77 back in May.in the house I rent. A tech came out told my wife he did a temp fix. I called the tech to find out what it was. My concern was we were having a graduation party in 4 days with 30+ people. The tech was rude as could be on the phone and refused to tell me temp fix. 2 months later same problem. I told lady who called to set up the appointment not to send same tech. Lo and behold same tech came and long story short I told the guy to get out of my house. The attitude was not my problem I don’t care. Finally get a different company out. Super nice and they found a leak. So the temp fix was just adding more refrigerant to the system. Most likely tech being lazy.”
