“I had Cool Breeze install a new unit about 3 years ago. Finding someone to return your calls let alone come out on time in Tucson can be difficult. This company answered the phone came out quickly on-time. The price of the new unit was in the ballpark and they even honored their coupon I found. Took 1 day to do a difficult install. Seamless. They have been more than prompt at the continued preventative maintenance. They just came out last week and This is the first a/c company I have ever given a maintenance contract to because I trust them…and every tech has been top-notch.”

“Let me start by saying we wanted to like this company. They installed our AC system and we thought all was well. Our cooling bills were quickly through the roof and no one could tell us why. Cool Breeze came out to our house half a dozen times over a year and a half and could not figure out the issue. Finally a technician was able to point to poor quality line brazing with their installation job that was causing a leak in one of our lines. Management was very hard to get a hold of for a resolution, but finally agreed (after a lot of back and forth) to give us a small amount of money back due to their poor workmanship. Recently we experienced a catastrophic water leak from our second floor AC system. When the leak started Cool Breeze came out and cited the cause to be a dirty air filter. We replaced the filter as they stated and the leak continued (causing more damage). Cool Breeze came out again and this time told us the plumbing in the wall was causing drainage issues. After having a different HVAC company out to address the issue, we were told the overflow safety switch was incorrectly wired by Cool Breeze during installation. Had this switch been correctly wired, it would have stopped any water damage in our house and saved us thousands of dollars. We were also told that the condensate trap was of poor quality and installed by Cool Breeze in a way to cut corners. When addressing these issues with management over the phone, I was screamed at and essentially called a liar. I am so disappointed that a professional would treat a customer in this manner. I would look elsewhere for a quality HVAC compnay.”
