“Initially contacted for a “check up” since I noticed a possible leak. Unit is in a little closet in hallway and I was worried about water damage. A representative showed up looked at everything, noticed the coil was shot and told me the unit was “on it’s way out”! Quoted me a price and let me know that they did have the equipment on hand and could do the install the next day. And that was a Sunday!! 2 men showed up the next day and got to work. Lots of challenges since new equipment was a bit larger than the old equipment and getting it in that little closet required some carpenter skills!
