“Worst co. My son is only 21.started an ice cream cart,my husband called around to see if someone could fix the freon on the small cart. Coolsys claimed they could give a free estimate, but would have to put it as a work order. The tech. was in the neighborhood when k ow one was there, and sent my husband a very high quote, which he didnt go with, than he sent my son a bill for over$450. Oh brother, he just looked at it and didnt do anything! My husband called to complain, and the lady told him, she would talk to the manager and get back to.him. She did nothing, and rebilled my son. This is truly a scam, as this was supposed to be a free estimate! Just because he didnt go with them, he came up with a bill of over$450 which was not agreed upon! My husband called again to the corporate office their customer service claiming that she couldn't do anything about it, being the corporate location, and didnt k ow the address of the Seattle location. Oh brother, she dud give the cell phone of the tech, but he has not responded! This is truly a scam, and we will be letting the BBB and Attorney G know!”

“Just don’t l, their billing department is absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen…and their service is not much better. Repaired a walk in cooler unit only to have it implode two months later. Unfortunately, I had them install a whole new system. After the install had a leak in the roof because of their work and they sent a roofing contractor out to repair and had them send me the bill to repair their error. To top it off, after I paid the 3k for the repairs they continued send me notices that it was not paid after I provided proof via an image of the cancelled check.”
