“Service person was nice and knowledgeable. Issue I had was a coolant leak was found and they wanted to charge another $500 to find it and would take 3 months and not solve problem. Luckily my unit was still under warranty from another company and they came out and found it immediately. Seems like another price gouge. This combined with +125 per lbs in freon, will not call in them again”

“Amazing Service. Contacted them for installation of new programmable thermostat and issues with a humidifier. Had scheduled appointment for Wed, but was contacted Monday that they had an opening and luckily it worked perfectly for me! 2 servicemen came out, one worked on thermostat while other che ked out humidifer. Corrected one issue right away, but discovered bad solenoid valve. They did not have part handy, but are checking to see if they can return on original Wednesday appointment to fix that issue.
