“Apparently, he decided he diagnosed furnace issue before he arrived. He said it didn’t require repair. I asked him to stay for longer than 5 minutes and make sure, but he refused and ordered me to pay $120. He didn’t even have to travel far to get here. His business is located about five minutes away. Problem with diagnosis is that he was wrong. Had to call someone else who spent time here to truly assess and fix the problem. Not hard to fix or diagnose it turns out. Don’t recommend at all.”
